The Church Office will be closed tomorrow in observance of Memorial Day.

This Saturday, May 30th, the youth will enjoy a quiet day in the park at Quiet Waters, from 2-5 o'clock.  They will meet at the church and take the van to the park.  You may bring your own activities or plan to hike the trails or biking, kayaking or more.  The kayaking does cost money.  No food or drink will be provided except for water.  If you would like to organize a picnic or snacks, something can be prepared.

The following supplies are still needed for Vacation Bible School: wooden spoons, old greenery; ivy or leafy vines, cheese cloth, clear packing tape, natural colored rope and or twine; and rolls of brown paper.  You may place the items in the box marked VBS supplies near the office window in the hall.

The church sponsored softball league will have its first game on Monday, June 8th, beginning at 6:30 pm, at the Annapolis Middle School.  The league is co-ed and you must be 14 years of age or older to play.  The church has hats and all you need is your glove.  If you would like to participate, please sign up on the bulletin board next to the church lounge and see Everett for a game schedule.

If you are interested in going on the Mission trip to West Virginia, August 2nd through 7th, please check the bulletin board by the church office for information or talk with Frankie or Clyde Morehead.

Vacation Bible School for older preschoolers through grade 5 (must be 4 years of age on or before December 31, 2004) will take place June 29 through July 3, from 9am-12:30 pm.  Come and learn the power of God at Groups Crocodile Dock deep in the heart of the bayou.  The preschool classes are filling up so please register your child today.  Registration forms are available in the narthex.  If you would like to volunteer to help with this important ministry to our community please sign up on the bulletin board across from the church office.
