The Red Rose on the communion table is in honor of Mary Elizabeth Fulford, who was born on November 19, 2009. Her parents are Rob and Amy Fulford, and her proud grandparents are Carl and Mary Ann Fulford. The White Rose is in memory of Thelma Bell, who passed away on December 17, 2009. She was the sister-in-law of Pat Wilson.
Our All-Committee Night will take place today at 6 o'clock, beginning with a light supper. We will then divide into our areas of responsibility.
Tonight from 6:30 to 7:30, all youth are invited to participate in "Messy Night." It will take place in the youth room.
Wednesday's dinner the cooks will be serving Pulled Pork Barbecue, Baked Beans, Cole Slaw and yummy dessert. If you plan to attend the dinner and do not already have a permanent reservation, please fill out the bottom of the Worship Registration with the number attending, or call the church office by noon on Monday. By doing this the cooks know how many to prepare for.
Hey, Faith Quest Kids!! "Huzzah for the King" is showing in Faith Quest January through April 2010. Come journey back in time to the Middle Ages with "Huzzah for the King" and learn about godly character traits from the book of Proverbs! "Harry the Herald" and "Jorge the Jester" will visit you each week to help you understand and apply the weekly character traits while a New Testament story from Jesus' life will give you a deeper understanding of the meanings behind the Proverbs. Get ready to learn how to start developing these characteristics in your life through jousting, dragon slaying, falconry, archery and many other exciting challenges! "Huzzah for the King" is a must for children in grades K-5.
If you have not picked up your Boxed Offering Envelopes for 2010, please do so today. If you do not find one with your name on it and would like to have envelopes, please contact Edie Stucker in the church office.

OUR MISSION
We believe Heritage Baptist Church exists to be a beacon reflecting God's unconditional love in Annapolis and surrounding communities. Using the Bible as our guide, our purpose is to share the Gospel message so that others may become followers of Jesus Christ and to provide an environment that facilitates the strengthening of believers. Each member, like every disciple of Christ, is commissioned to be faithful in the worship of God, Christian ministry, and fellowship with believers. We will continually look to God for power and direction to chart our course.
