Our Independence Day Celebration will take place next Sunday immediately following the morning worship service. Come dressed for a picnic as we study the Bible, worship and celebrate the birth of our nation with pony rides, enjoy snow balls, fun, food and games. The picnic will take place on the church grounds. The cost is $5.00 for youth and adults, $1.00 for children and a maximum of $15.00 per family. Hamburgers, hot dogs and pulled pork barbecue will be provided. You are asked to bring a couple of your favorite foods to share (vegetable, salad, dessert), and your lawn chairs or blankets.
Vacation Bible School is one of the largest outreaches of our church. We need volunteers to help make this outreach a success again this year. If you can help the week of July 19-23, we need you. If you can help for only a few days, we can use you also. Now is the time to step up and make a difference. A sign up sheet is posted on the bulletin board across from the church office.
Vacation Bible School for 6th, 7th and 8th graders will also take place the week of July 19-23 from
6:00-8:30 pm. You will not want to miss out on this exciting new adventure on the High Seas designed especially for youth. Volunteers are needed. Registration forms are available in the church office, or if you have questions, please speak to Tracey Cogliano.

OUR MISSION
We believe Heritage Baptist Church exists to be a beacon reflecting God’s unconditional love in Annapolis and surrounding communities. Using the Bible as our guide, our purpose is to share the Gospel message so that others may become followers of Jesus Christ and to provide an environment that facilitates the strengthening of believers. Each member, like every disciple of Christ, is commissioned to be faithful in the worship of God, Christian ministry, and fellowship with believers. We will continually look to God for power and direction to chart our course. The following persons have been called to serve as leaders and enablers by the congregation.
