If you signed up to go on the Train Ride to Bucks County, Pennsylvania to see the Fall Foliage this Saturday, the bus will leave the church parking lot at 6:15 am.
The Annual CROP (Communities Responding to Overcome Poverty) Walk will take place next Sunday, October 21st, at Quiet's Water Park. If you would like to participate in this important activity to help the hungry, please check the bulletin board across from the church office, or see Clair Morehead. If you are willing to be a sponsor you may either sponsor someone signed up, or the whole group.
The Red Cross Bloodmobile will be at Heritage Baptist Church on Monday, October 22nd, from 1-7 pm. If you would be willing to give a pint of life-saving blood please see Ida Russell for an appointment.
Copies of the Treasurer's Report for September are available on a table in the narthex.
The DC Baptist Convention will take place on Monday, October 22nd, and Tuesday, October 23rd, at the Pennsylvania Avenue Baptist Church, 3000 Pennsylvania Avenue, SE; Washington, DC. If you would like to serve as a messenger, please contact the church office.
Our Fall Fun Fest will take place on Saturday, October 27th, from 10 am-12 noon. Children of all ages will enjoy the pumpkin patch, moon bounce, hayrides, free photos, face painting, games, crafts, Miss Blossom will be here, and there will be lots and lots of food. Costumes are optional. All church members are encouraged to participate, and to invite your neighbors and friends. Your help is needed in all areas! You will need to be here by 8:30 am to receive your assignment. A sign up sheet is posted on the bulletin board near the lounge. On Tuesday, October 23rd, we will stuff candy bags to be distributed at the Fall Fun Fest. If you can help, please come to the lounge at 9 am.

OUR MISSION
We believe Heritage Baptist Church exists to be a beacon reflecting God's unconditional love in Annapolis and surrounding communities.
