Softball will start tomorrow evening at 6:30 at Annapolis Middle School; bring your glove.
The Deacons will meet tomorrow evening at 7 o'clock.
The Senior Adults will have their annual picnic this Tuesday, at 11:30 am, in the fellowship hall. Meat and drinks will be provided. You are asked to bring a side dish or dessert. There will be a speaker following the meal.
The Finance Committee will meet on Tuesday at 7:30 pm.
Beginning this Wednesday, June 11th, our summer schedule will be as follows:
Prayer Meeting - 6:00-6:45 pm
Summer Choir - 6:45-8:00 pm
It's time for our Summer Choir! This choir is open to anyone who loves to sing. Rehearsals are on Wednesdays from 6:45 to 8:00 pm, beginning this week. This choir will sing in Sunday morning services throughout the summer (no choir robes). Come join us!
The Trustees will meet this Thursday at 7 pm.
Flower Power! Heritage Baptist Church and Spa Creek Conservancy need help planting flowers, ferns, and shrubs (here at the church) on Saturday starting at 8 am. A continental breakfast will be served to start the day. All ages welcome, outstanding family event, tools and gloves available. Wear your work clothes and shoes.
Your help is needed in providing a Wednesday evening meal (food and drink) for about 12 of our youth and leaders during June, July and August. The meal is served from 5:30-6:00 in the youth room. For dates please see the sign up sheet located on the youth bulletin board across from the kitchen.
Parent's Meeting - Sunday, June 22 - immediately following the worship service. All parents with students in the youth program, or church members interested in helping with the youth ministry, are invited to a lunch meeting to discuss upcoming activities for the next quarter.
Vacation Bible School for older preschoolers through completed grade 5 (must be 4 on or before July 7, 2004) will take place July 7-11, from 9 am-12:30 pm. Come and have a blast as we discover Jesus' miraculous power with amazing Bible adventures, unforgettable songs, memory-making crafts and life-changing missions. Your help is needed in all areas. Please check the bulletin board across from the church office and sign up.

OUR MISSION
We believe Heritage Baptist Church exists to be a beacon reflecting God's unconditional love in Annapolis and surrounding communities.
