 Outreach at Annapolis Middle School, Youth Car Wash, Graduation and New Youth Members...it's been a busy summer so far. Catch up on the action...
Outreach @ Annapolis Middle School
Success!! The Youth Group had a small booth at the Annapolis Middle School Spring Fair on Saturday, May 31. Although we were rained out, we passed out over 100 brochures and fliers. We used the opportunity to talk with both students and parents in the community, and even reconnected with old friends. We are happy to report that we had three new students show up for the following Wednesday evening activities!
Youth Car Wash
It was a pretty hot day on Saturday, June 7, but several of our youth braved the heat and humidity to wash over 20 cars and make over $350 in donations! A very special thanks to Pastor Henry for his lessons on car washing, and Irene Green and Cindy Busch for their help with washing cars.
Graduation Sunday and New Youth Members
On Sunday, June 1st, the Heritage Family celebrated the academic accomplishments of our youth as Adam Cogliano and Patrick Green graduated from 8th grade! We also be recognized the incoming class of 6th graders who are now official members of the Heritage Youth Group!
