Special Business Meeting -Sunday, February 14, immediately following the morning worship service to consider the purchase of new hymnals.  Read on for the details...

The Music Committee recommends that the church authorize a campaign for the purchase of new hymnals for our sanctuary.  The hymnal to be purchased is Celebrating Grace: Hymnal for Baptist Worship, due to be launched on March 7, 2010.  Individuals will have the opportunity of purchasing one or more of these hymnals for our church in honor/memory of loved ones.  This campaign will begin February 1, 2010.  The cost of a hymnal is $15.00 and our goal is 300 by Easter Sunday, April 4, 2010.  Ralph Manuel is a member of the Celebrating Grace Hymnal Committee and two of his hymn tunes are included in this hymnal.  Our current hymnals were purchased in 1993 and we will continue to use them in our chapel.
