Maundy Thursday is the Thursday before Easter, and is observed in commemoration of the Last Supper.  Heritage Baptist has a moving service at 7 PM, Maundy Thursday, April 1, rich with music and meditation.

Maundy Thursday - April 1 - 7 PM - (Nursery & Preschool Child Care Available)

• Presentation of The Lenten Sketches, a cantata by Joseph Martin, performed by HBC's Adult Choir. This vibrant, movingmulti-media performance is based on works of sacred art, focusing on the most important scenes in the last days of Christ's life. Admission is free and all are invited.
• Holy Communion will be offered. At Heritage, we invite all who profess Christ to join us in Communion.
• Leave your burdens at the cross: in preparing hearts to recognize this holy day, a wooden cross will be placed in the sanctuary by the baptistery.  You are invited to write your burdens, worries or concerns on provided paper and nail them to the cross.  

Admission to all events at Heritage Baptist Church is free and open to the public.  You do not have to be a member to join us in worship.
